Attend training/Shadow a Client Care Specialist to perform the following responsibilities.  Greeting and assisting customers including but not limited to: Taking the initial phone order for Respiratory, Sleep and Enteral products and related equipment and services Assisting with equipment exchanges Assisting with walk-in customers Under supervision from Client Care Specialist will assist with client or customer concerns and help to resolve them coordinating a corrective action plan with supervisor Order Intake, including but not limited to: Completes the order intake Provides information on equipment, and services Obtains the co-pay either by credit card/debit card/cash Obtains the necessary documentation for reimbursement Quotes prices Verify insurance and eligibility Process patient information Calls referral source and client back timely when required Other duties including but not limited to: Under supervision from Client Care Specialist, works with client and referral source to meet all their needs as it relates to our core products and services Maintain customer, physician, referral master files Successful completion of all scheduled New Employee Orientation Programs Shadow different roles in Branch for a day: RT, Driver, Sales to understand the home care business Supports warehouse-Coordinates new patient delivery schedule with the service area to assure timely delivery and appropriate delivery of equipment Will learn the equipment and become knowledgeable of coverage area, and insurance list Special Physical Requirements In addition to being able to sit, stand, walk, read, talk, and hear, to perform the essential functions of this job an individual must be able to do the following additional activities.
